May Empties

I've used up a bottle of Boots Build Up Removal Shampoo which is a part of my Sunday tradition. This helps remove any build up from styling products/general gunk that I've encountered throughout the week and just brings my hair back to normal. It's cheap as chips, does the job and lasts for a few months or so. I've finished a bottle of Aussie 3 Minute Miracle Shine which I use after the build up removal shampoo. This helps nourish my hair and helps give back its healthy, shine that I seem to loose every time that I wash my hair after using this. I've finally used up the Botanics Rosewater Toning Spritz that I've been using as a toner in the morning for goodness knows how long. This helped to tone my face and just generally wake me up in the mornings. I'm not too sure if it helped tighten up pores but it was a good all rounder toning spritz that I enjoyed using. I've used up another bottle of my beloved Garnier Simply Essentials Soothing 2-in-1 Makeup Remover that I now use at Liams'. This does a brilliant job at removing any traces of makeup and it also acts as my first cleanse. I will continue repurchasing this! I've finally finished the Superdrug Vitamin E Moisturising Day Cream that I've been using since August last year! A little goes a very long way with this and I found that although I liked it, I didn't truly love it. It did the job however but I shan't be repurchasing. I've also used up a bottle of Wilko Hand Sanitiser in Fruity Berry which I will continue repurchasing as it just does the job whilst I'm on the go and smells so good!

I've finally finished the Natural Collection Corrector Stick in Green that I've had lingering around for quite a long time. This helped conceal any redness and just made my skin look less red. This is a very good budget corrector as it does the job so well which I've already repurchased. I've used up the L'oreal Lumi Magique Pure Light Primer which I've been using as both a primer and a highlighter. This helps make my skin look more radiant and is just the perfect base for makeup. It also is very good as a highlighter too as its gives the most beautiful golden, white-ish sheen to the tops of the cheeks. I've used up two mascaras in the form of No7 Stay Perfect and Collection No Clumps. I much preferred the collection version as this helped make my lashes longer whilst not clumping them whilst the No7 offering was perfect for my bottle lashes. I would definitely consider repurchasing both if I didn't have enough mascaras in my stash to use up. I've used up two packs of the Skin Therapy Large Oval Cotton Wool Pads which feature in every empties post! These are big enough to cover the whole face whilst not falling apart at the first sign of moisture. I will continue repurchasing these! The last item I've used up is Lush's Blackberry Bath Bomb which I thoroughly enjoyed! This helped relieve any stress and tension I had and just helped calm me down. I will definitely be repurchasing this when I'm next having a stressful week.

What did you use up throughout May?

Argan Oil Hydrating Hair Mask

I'm definitely one of those people who have to use not only the matching shampoo and conditioner together but also the matching intensive conditioner/mask to go alongside with them. I've been searching for the Argan Oil Hydrating Hair Mask for quite a while to go with the Argan Oil Shampoo + Conditioner and I finally found it. I've been using this when I started using the duo and whilst I'm almost at the end of it, I thought I would share my two cents on it.

The Argan Oil Hydrating Hair Mask is enriched with proteins and keratin and is infused with argan oil. It helps to revive and nourish dry, damaged hair whilst rebuilding its strength and restoring elasticity. Unlike the shampoo and conditioner duo, the mask looks relatively cheap as it comes housed in a simple plastic pot with sticker labels which after only a few uses, have started to peel away.

As this is a hair mask, it is relatively thicker than the conditioner which is to be expected. I like to scoop out a generous amount and run it through the mid lengths of my hair, ensuring that I brush it through with my fingers to make sure that I've coated everything. It states that you should leave it on for between seven and ten minutes but I personally prefer leaving it on for a lot longer as I feel that it helps benefit my hair more. Once washed out and dried, my hair feels a lot softer and is a lot more manageable than before. I don't seem to suffer with any frizz or tangles when I've used this as it just seems to smooth everything down. I've noticed that if I apply a little too much, it can seem to weigh my hair down which means that it gets greasy quicker which is a shame. Whilst it is a good hair mask, I won't be repurchasing as I like to try out different hair masks which are of course from the same range of my shampoo and conditioner.

L'Oreal Skin Perfection Purifying Micellar Solution

I've never truly understood the hype for micellar waters in particular Bioderma. I guess that's probably because I prefer products that leave a slight residue on my face so that I know that it's doing its job rather than using a product that feels and looks like water. With that being said, it doesn't stop me wanting to try Bioderma but as I don't particularly fancy paying a UK price for it, I've settled instead for L'oreal Skin Perfection Purifying Micellar Solution.

The L'Oreal Skin Perfection Purifying Micellar Solution is  a 3-in-1 solution that feels as gentle as water on the skin but acts as a make up remover, toner and skin soother all in one. Whilst swiftly dissolving all traces of make up, the micellar solution acts like a purifying magnet by drawing out excess oil and impurities on the skin surface.

The packaging of this truly does suck - it's one of those pour style bottles that seems to pour out a little too much onto the cotton pad which creates both too much product for my liking as well as creating a lot of waste. Despite that, I do find that it works just as good as my beloved Garnier Simply Essentials Soothing 2 in 1 Makeup Remover. It dissolves makeup within seconds and it leaves the skin feeling clean although it can leave my skin feeling a little tight in places. When it comes to eye makeup, it does remove all traces which is good as my current eye makeup remover truly sucks. Although it is a little pricey, I think it's worth it especially when you can get it on offer.

Samples Ive Used Up 011

I've used up four one use samples of the Estee Lauder Advanced Night Repair II which I've started using in the run up to America which I'll continue using whilst I'm out there as I have loads of these little one use satchets. It's quite a weird consistency as it's in between an oil and a serum which my skin seems to drink up almost instantly. I haven't noticed any huge differences with my skin whilst using this but I'm sure I'll start seeing a difference soon. I'm planning on buying the 100ml size of this regardless whilst I'm at duty free which hopefully I'll have in my possession by the time that this post goes up.

I've finished up a tiny tube of the Clinique Anti-Blemish Solutions All-Over Clearing Treatment which I loved that much, I've already bought it in the full size! This has definitely helped clear up any spots I've had and has helped make my skin clearer. It appears that they're in the process of renaming it to either Clearing Moisturiser or keeping the original name as it seems to have a different name on various websites. I've used up a tube of the Lancome Genifique Youth Activator which I'm not entirely sure what it does apart from the fact that its aimed to those with more mature skin. It's a gel, oil like consistency that you apply both morning and night after you've cleansed. I haven't noticed any change in my skin but I shall continue using as I've got more of these in my stash.

I've used up a tube of the Sk:n Vitamin Rich Cleanser which is aimed to normal/combination skin. I only got one use out of this and just from that one use, I knew that it wasn't anything special. It didnt leave my skin feeling like I thoroughly cleansed it so I wont be buying in full size. I've finished a tube of the Sk:n Anti-Ageing Neck Firming Cream which I really liked using! I managed to get about four days worth of use from this tiny tube which is very impressive! This is very light on the skin which my skin on my neck seemed to drink up. It left the area feeling very soft and moisturised and I'm tempted to buy it in full size once I've used up more of my samples of this but it does seem a little pricey..

I've used up a sample of Lush's Cosmetic Lad which even though it's aimed to men, women can use it as well. I felt this was a little heavy for my skin and made it feel rather greasy after each use. I didn't notice any difference in my skin the morning after so I won't be buying in full size. Lastly, I've finished up a generous sized sample of the No7 Eye Make-Up Remover which I already have in full size. I wouldn't say that it does a brilliant job at removing all eye makeup but it does remove the bulk of it.

Happy Birthday To Me!

I know that these sorts of posts are very frowned upon but I just thought I should put a little post up purely to say that ITS MY BIRTHDAY TODAY!!!

I'm actually in America right now staying at my Grandma and Grandpa's as both myself and my Grandma have a joint birthday so my birthday present to her was flying out to see her. I think today we're going to spend the day shopping, eating cake and seeing friends. Although by the time that this goes up, it will be 3am as where I am it's 8 hours behind or so. I'm sure that I'll be tweeting and putting up pictures on instragram throughout the day as and when I have wifi.

Lush Mask of Magnaminty

LUSH MASK OF MAGNAMINTY - £5.25 for 125g/£9.25 for 315g

For the last few weeks, I've been using face masks constantly in a bid to clear up my skin and get it into good condition ready for America. I wouldn't say that I've got bad skin as I'm far from it just I suffer with blemishes which can either be hormonal, stress related or just generally breaking out from product/s. In order to clear up my skin, I've been reaching for the Lush Mask of Magnaminty which I used a little before taking pictures for this review.. naughty beauty blogger!

The Lush Mask of Magnaminty is a multi purpose mask with a mixture of gentle yet very effective ingredients which helps to clean, calm and clear the skin. It is made with peppermint oil which helps stimulate the skin; honey which helps moisturise the skin as well as acts as an antiseptic; kaolin which both cleanses the skin and absorbs any excess oils; marigold oil and chlorophyllin to treat the skin and a combination of evening primrose seeds and aduki beans which help to gently exfoliate the skin whilst you remove it. As it packs a punch in terms of ingredients, it means that the scent may not to be to everybodys tastes which was certainly the case when I first used it but now I've grown to love the scent.

This mask can be used almost anywhere on the body but I've been using it purely as a face mask and I've noticed a huge improvement with my skin. It has helped to calm down any redness and existing blemishes as well as preventing promising ones. It has made my skin feel a lot smoother especially on my cheeks which is where I suffer with many unknown lumps and bumps. I've been using this almost on a daily basis for the last three weeks or so which is not good for my skin, I know, just I really want to make sure that my skin has cleared up for America which it certainly has.

I know that it may seem a little pricey but you have to remember that a little goes a long way and I've easily had about 15 applications from this and have got some left. Also as this isn't one of Lush's fresh face masks which you have to use within two weeks and keep in the fridge, it's going to last quite a while. A whole four months to be precise before it goes off. I can easily see myself repurchasing this once I've used this up as it's definitely one of those face masks to have on hand when you've had a breakout.

In Flight Beauty Essentials

By the time this post has gone up, I will be two and a half hours into my fourteen hour, three plane journey to where my Grandma and Grandpa are in America. To say that I'm excited is the least as I've been counting down for goodness knows how many months now and literally driving everybody at home and work mad. I've never travelled all by myself especially on such a long haul flight but I guess you have to do these things when you become an adult. As I'll be spending most of my time today up in the air, I've packed a whole host of sample sized goodies to keep my skin in almost tip top shape which I like to think of as my in flight beauty essentials.

The most important duo I'm taking with me are Cuticura Anti Bacterial Hand Gel in Passion Flower & Mango and Soap & Glory Hand Food. The hand gel is for obvious reasons and the hand cream is to keep my hands moisturised. These two will also not be leaving my slight throughout my trip as well. I've packed an essential in the form of Nivea Essential Care Lip Balm as my lips can get extremely dry, especially whilst flying so hopefully this will prevent my lips from drying out even more.

I'm taking a whole host of sample sized goodies to help keep my skin moisturised and hydrated throughout the journey/s. The most tiniest one of them all is a little vial of Lulu & Boo Frankincense Regenerating Serum which I'll be applying at the start of each plane journey closely followed by Avene Soothing Moisture Mask to act as a moisturiser. I'll also be applying Clarins HydraQuench Cream-Mask which I'll be leaving on instead of wiping off to get the full benefits and if my skin is feeling extremely dry still, I've got a little sample of Caudalie Vinosource Rich Intensive Moisture Rescue Cream which will hopefully sort it out right away. In between applying all these heavy duty creams, I'll be applying Hydraluron which acts as a magnet and helps your moisturiser absorb deeper into the skin.

I'm also taking some cute travel sized Yes To Cucumber Soothing Facial Towelettes which I received in April's Birchbox. These are to be used to clean my face off all the gunk from one flight before starting the skincare routine all over again. I know that doesn't sound ideal but I don't fancy cleansing my skin properly just to do it all again a few hours later. The last essential is some good old Colgate Sensitive Pro Relief + Whitening Toothpaste as I'm packing my toothbrush in my hand luggage. This is just so I can keep my mouth fresh as I'm sure the food on the flights will be delightful.

Boots Haul 012

Despite leaving for America in only TWO days where I will definitely be buying lots of makeup, I couldn't resist buying a few bits and pieces here and there from Boots the past few weeks especially when they were having their 3 for 2 across all makeup.

As I've almost ran out of my L'Oreal Lumi Magique Pure Light Primer, I decided to buy a back up as I truly do love it as well as the Bourjois Java Rice Powder as I've had all but good things about it and it has been on my wish list since it was released. Seeing as it was on 3 for 2, I picked up Essie's Bikini So Teeny as my free item as I've been wanting this for absolutely ages! I also picked up more nail varnishes in the form of Barry M Gelly Hi Shine in Huckleberry, Rose Hip and Sugar Apple which are the perfect pastel colours. I also couldn't resist buying a few shades from the Rita Ora for Rimmel collection so the ones I picked up are Lose Your Lingerie, White Hot Love, Pillow Talk and Let's Get Nude. I also bought the Rimmel 60 Seconds Nail Varnish in Too Cool To Tango as one of my managers was wearing it and she is definitely an enabler! The last makeup item I bought was another Seventeen Stay Time Concealer in Extra Fair as mine is just about to run out and its the perfect concealer.

As it was 3 for 2 across all dental, I picked up three White Glo Sensitive Toothpastes which I haven't tried yet but apparently it's very good for whitening your teeth so I'm hoping that it works for me. It was also 3 for 2 across Boots Tea Tree & Witch Hazel range, so I bought two of their exfoliating pads to keep round Liams' so I can still chemically exfoliate in some sense as well as some of their cleansing and toning wipes as they sounded appealing. Another skincare item I bought is the Clinique Take The Day Off Cleansing Balm which although I don't need any more cleansers, I couldn't resist buying it especially when one of the Clinique ladies was saving it specially for me..

I've also been a little naughty and bought not one, but TWO new fragrances! One being Jimmy Choo Exotic as it smells exactly like candy and the other being Estee Lauder Bronze Goddess which I much prefer once its settled down. The last item I bought is the Gilette Venus & Olay Sugarberry Razor purely because I think it's time I got rid of my current one and this one sounded appealing.

May Love Me Beauty Box

LOVE ME BEAUTY BOX SUBSCRIPTION - £10 + £2.95 P+P

Despite being new to the whole beauty box subscription thing, I do love receiving a little box of goodies at the end of the month as it's like Christmas as you don't know what's inside (unless like me you look at the spoilers). Whilst I do like Birchbox, I couldn't resist subscribing to another in the form of Love Me Beauty. Love Me Beauty offer three different editions, all slightly varying from one another, which all contain beauty/lifestyle offerings. For May, I chose Edition 3 purely based on the lip balm.

Raw Skincare is a brand that I've been wanting to try out for a long time now so I'm glad that I saw their Rescue Me Natural Lipbalm (£2.98 - Raw Skincare) being included in edition three. This balm will not only help moisturise, soothe and calm sore dry lips but it will form a protective barrier so that your lips can heal. I don't suffer with overly dry lips but I love lip balms and have them dotted around the house in various places.

Like many bloggers, I love painting my nails so the Nail Girls Nail Varnish in Nude Pink (£13.50 - Nail Girls) is a welcome surprise. I have many different shades of pink and I'm pretty sure I have one similar but none the less, it is a nice shade of pink which would look great with a tan.

As I love pampering myself, I was excited to see the Suti Trial Pack in Cleanse Balm, Purity Balm and Fabulous Foot Balm (£6.50 - Suti) which has been on my wishlist for quite a long. The Cleanse Balm helps draw out impurities whilst the Purity Balm soothes the skin and the Fabulous Foot Balm nourishes the feet. These are the perfect trial sized samples that should last a little while.

I'm not too much of a stationary person like others but I do love a good notebook or three so seeing the Go Stationery Pocket Notebook Set in Meadow Bird (£5 - GO Stationery) which are the perfect handbag sized notebooks to jot down any thoughts/ideas/products to buy. I just wish they were lined as I hate writing on paper that isn't lined..

The final product that I'm not too keen about are the Tea Pigs Tea in Super Fruit (65p per tea bag - Tea Pigs). As a kid, I wasn't introduced to tea/coffee as they were considered an adult only drink so I have never tried it and thus when I do, I don't like it. This Tea Pigs Super Fruit offering may sway my mind as these are filled with antioxidants which helps when you're feeling slow and lifeless.

Whilst I'm not overly keen on May's Love Me Beauty Box as I would have much preferred more beauty items, it was still a nice surprise none the less. Hopefully next months will be slightly better..

May Birchbox Review

If you could fall in love with a cardbox box then I most certainly have. How beautiful is the May Birchbox?! Birchbox have collaborated with Harper's Bazaar for the May Box to bring together a box with an exclusive collection of products which are all designed to prepare for a season's worth of outdoor adventures. Let's delve straight in..

As part of the collaboration with Harper's Bazaar, Sophie Bloomfield who is the beauty director, has shared a hand-picked selection of beauty products which are mostly all included within the May box. The Benefit They're Real Mascara (£19.50, Birchbox) is the perfect travel sized mascara which adds both volume and length to all types of lashes. I already own a deluxe size of this and whilst it may not be the best mascara to my liking, I'm certainly welcoming another sample of it to see if it can sway my mind..

Soigné is a brand that I'm not too familiar with and haven't really heard much about so when I saw the Soigné Nail Lacquer in Persimmon (£11, Birchbox), I was a little overwhelmed as it came housed in a massive box! It's a nail varnish which contains up to 85% of natural origins which I'm personally not too fussed about as I like all types of nail varnishes whether they're natural as can be or not. The shade I received is Persimmon which is best described as a deep tangerine shade which would look perfect with a tan.

I've only recently started seeing Beauty Protector popping up on Instagram and was getting intrigued so the Beauty Protector Daily Shampoo and Daily Conditioner (£14 each, Birchbox) is my perfect chance to delve into the brand a little more. The sweet smelling duo promise to strengthen, nourish and protect hair against future damage. These are the perfect size for a weekend away and I'll be sure to packing these with me!

Like most bloggers, I adore cleansing my skin with various cream and balm cleansers so the addition of the Liz Earle Cleanse & Polish Hot Cloth Cleanser (From £3.25, Liz Earle) is a most welcome surprise. I've used this in the past and have actually reviewed it here. It's a brilliant cleanser especially if you suffer with dry skin as it helps to nourish the skin whilst gently removing daily grime and make-up including stubborn mascara.

The final product in the box which is one I'm sure most people will be happy to see is a tiny travel size Aromatherapy Associates Revive Morning Bath and Shower Oil (£39, Birchbox). It's been formulated with an invigorating blend of pink grapefruit, rosemary and juniper berry which will help soften the skin whilst uplifting your mood. You can either pour the whole bottle or add a capful to either your bath or smooth over your body before showering. I most certainly will be rationing this and using it for those times that even chocolate can't help my mood..

I am extremely happy with the contents of my May Birchbox, especially with all the high end brands and fantastic extras including a subscription offer for Harper's Bazaar as well as a beauty guide for all the products included. I'm so glad that I subscribed to Birchbox after many months of debating and I'm definitely looking forward to next months box!

Lush Blackberry Bath Bomb

On my most recent Lush trip, recent meaning back in February, I picked up a few new goodies to try including their Blackberry Bath Bomb. I think I was in one of my dazes as I don't remember the real reason as to why I picked this up especially when it doesn't smell much of anything unlike most of their other products.

Lush's Blackberry Bath Bomb is one of those bath bombs that the minute you drop into the bath, all tension and stress is banished which is down to it containing bergamot and frankincense oils. Bergamot is used primarily for anxiety, depression and nervous tension which can also be both uplifting and relaxing. Frankincense on the other hand is perfect for zen like moments as it helps slow down breathing and induces a sense of wellbeing.

I wasn't really expecting much from this but I was taken back the minute I dropped it into my bath as it immediately started turning the bath water bright purple whilst it started to fizz away. After a few moments, I noticed something hidden in the middle of it which was simply a piece of paper saying BOOM BOOM which definitely put a smile on my face. Whilst it was busy fizzing away, I couldn't help but feel rather relaxed and I felt as if all my worries had vanished completely which is definitely down to the bergamot and frankincense oils.
Overall, this is definitely one of those bath bombs to use when you need a moment of peace and a break from the world and is one that I will be picking up again when I'm feeling a sudden urge to step back into Lush.

Original Source Vanilla & Raspberry Shower Gel

Original Source is a brand that I associate with my Dad as he's always used them in the past especially the lime one! Their products come in a range of different fragrances which are all created using a blend of real fruit oils and extracts and are definitely the brand to turn to when you're wanting a serious smelling shower gel. All their products come housed in easy-squeezey plastic packaging with a flip bottom where you simply have to squeeze the product out. As the packaging is see through, you can tell which ones are which simply by the colour.

I decided to pick up their Vanilla & Raspberry one as it's a more soothing alternative to some of their overpowering ones. This smells exactly like milk bottle sweets which brings back so many memories of when I was younger as I was constantly eating these! As the formula of this is rather silky smooth, it helps create a generous amount of lather which leaves the skin feeling soft which lasts for about a day or so afterwards. As the scent is more gentle than others, I've found that this actually lingers on my skin which is right up my street. I can already seeing this becoming a love affair as I've already bought a back up for when I run out.

L'Oreal Lumi Magique Pure Light Primer

Since the start of 2014, I have ditched my The Body Shop Tea Tree Pore Minimiser and instead been favouring something a little more radiant and dewy in the form of L'Oreal Lumi Magique Pure Light Primer. Designed to create a luminous, lit from within glow along with the rest of the Lumi Magique range, this certainly packs a punch.

The L'Oreal Lumi Magique Pure Light Primer comes presented in a neat slim white plastic tube with golden accents and a pump dispenser so that you can control how much or how little you use. As it is plastic, it's easy enough to throw in a bag without worrying about it shattering. Although it may not be appealing to the eyes of many, I personally quite like the sleek and simply packaging which makes it stand out in my vanity.

The product itself is a rather light weight liquid highlighter/primer which feels both hydrating and silk like on the skin. On first appearances, it is quite literally a bright white liquid with a golden sheen to it which when blended into the skin, it really perks it up and brightens it whilst leaving a radiant goldish hue to the skin. I personally prefer using this as both a primer and a highlighter as once applied over the face, I go back and apply a little to the tops of my cheekbones and blend it out which creates a more highlighted effect. You can also mix a little in with your foundation to create a more dewy finish but I haven't tried that way out yet to date. This is quite literally one of my radiant secret weapons and I urge you to go try it out if you haven't yet as you won't regret it!

Sanctuary Body Lotion

Just like many bloggers, I find myself with quite stash of all things beauty including skincare and body care. With that being said, I seem to have enough body products to see me through until this time next year. One of said products is the Sanctuary Body Lotion that I received in the Sanctuary Spa Top to Toe Glow Pamper Tin which was a cheeky Christmas present bought by me for me.

The Sanctuary Body Lotion contains a revitalising mix of ginger and fragrant spices which helps stimulate the circulation as well as containing jojoba oil which provides nourishing moisturisation which lasts for a full twenty four hours or so it claims. I will happily admit and say that I did not read what the bottle says about it containing stimulating ginger until it came down to writing this review as whenever I've used this to moisturise my legs, I found that once I massaged it in, my legs would start to get a very warm sensation where in some cases, it honestly felt like my legs were burning. For the record, I don't have overly sensitive skin so I'm not sure if my legs were/are having a reaction whenever I use this which sounds odd saying this as it's just a body lotion and I haven't had any problems in the past using menthol products on my body.

Burning sensations aside, I find that this is a extremely light weight lotion that does take a little more elbow grease than normal to massage in and does a little while longer to sink it fully. Despite that, I do believe that it leaves my body moisturised for up to 24 hours which is quite a bold claim to make although I do only moisturise my body every other day. One more thing to mention is the packaging - don't let that little orange lid fool you! It is one of those bottles that has been designed to pour the product out and despite the lotion feeling light weight on the skin, it takes a quite a while to dispense so I have it sitting upside down on my skincare shelf which means that it comes out within seconds of tipping it upside down.

April Beauty Favourites

I've been getting a lot of compliments on what I use to highlight with and every single time, it has been the No7 Instant Radiance Highlighter. This creates the perfect candlelit champagne, ivory highlightness which looks beautiful when sweeped across the tops of the cheek bones. Another product that I use in combination with that is the L'Oreal Lumi Magique Pure Light Primer which has been the only primer I've used for the past few months! It comes out as a white-ish liquid which has a sheen to it when you look at it in the light but when put onto the skin and massaged in, it creates the perfect radiant from within look that we seem to spend forever creating. I'm not too sure if it does help make my makeup last longer but it certainly does boost my radiance levels for sure.

I've been experimenting with different concealers for under the eyes this month and I've fallen back in love with the Bourjois Healthy Mix Concealer. It's a little thicker than the foundation which does mean that it creases like hell under the eyes but I cannot fault the coverage. This helps covers the entire dark circles as well as highlights the area which creates the appearance that I've had a lot of sleep.

I've been dabbling with a few bronzers this month including the NARS Laguna Bronzer which I'm still not liking but the one that I've been going back to is the NYC Sunny Bronzer. This is the perfect bronze shade which doesn't look orange or muddy on the skin and as a bonus, it's matte. I'm finding it to be very pigmented now which makes me really want to re-write my review of it as I declared it one of the worst bronzers ever which is certainly not the case now..

The last product I've been loving this month is the Soap & Glory Breakfast Scrub which smells exactly like golden syrup banana pancakes! Despite it not being edible, this has certainly with chicken skin across my arms and has definitely helped make them smoother which is all down to it's thick, gritty consistency. I personally prefer taking a small dallop and massage it over damp skin and really work it in to get the full effect.

What products have you been loving throughout April?
